How do I upload my photo?

The ordering process is very simple: select a photo, upload it, and you're done!

What photo quality do I need?
To make your pet poster look really good, a high-quality photo is crucial.

Therefore, pay attention to the following points:

  • Light: Take the photo in daylight or in a well-lit room.
  • Camera: Use a smartphone with a good camera or a digital camera – please no screenshots or WhatsApp pictures.
  • Position: Your pet's face and neck should be clearly visible and sharp, with no shadows.
  • Perspective: Photograph your animal from the front and at eye level if possible.
  • Filters: Please do not use heavily edited or filtered photos – this will distort the result.

The photo should be at least 2 MB in size to be suitable for printing. The better the image quality, the better your poster will be!

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

Once your order has been processed, no changes can be made.
We recommend checking all details before submitting your order.

Will all my products arrive in one shipment?

We make every effort to ensure that all products in your order are delivered together. However, in some cases, this is not always possible due to the nature of the products.

However, the poster and frame are always shipped together. Your portrait will arrive already framed.

Can I return personalized products?

For some products there is no legal right of withdrawal.
According to Section 18, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Distance Selling Act (FAGG), custom-made goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that products that are specifically manufactured according to your wishes or clearly tailored to your personal needs cannot be withdrawn.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product or an alternative solution.

Yes, all our products are manufactured under strict safety and quality standards . We ensure that all materials are free of harmful chemicals and pose no health risks. Our production partners use certified materials that meet current EU regulations .

How do you ensure the quality of the posters?

We work exclusively with experienced printing partners who control the entire manufacturing process – from materials to the finished product – to ensure the highest quality standards.

How do I properly care for and store my poster?

To preserve the quality of your poster for as long as possible, we recommend hanging or storing it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. If the poster becomes slightly dirty, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
Please avoid harsh cleaning agents or excessive moisture to prevent damage.

In which formats are your posters available?

We offer our posters in various sizes so you can choose the format that's right for you. From smaller posters for your desk to large-format posters for wall decoration, we have it all. You can find detailed information about the available formats on the respective product page.
