Where is my order?

All orders that have been shipped will receive a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

Can I return personalized products?

For some products there is no legal right of withdrawal.
According to Section 18, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Distance Selling Act (FAGG), custom-made goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that products that are specifically manufactured according to your wishes or clearly tailored to your personal needs cannot be withdrawn.

What photo quality do I need?

What photo quality do I need?
To make your pet poster look great, a high-quality photo is crucial. Therefore, keep the following points in mind:
Light: Take the photo in daylight or in a well-lit room.
Camera: Use a smartphone with a good camera or a digital camera – please no screenshots or WhatsApp pictures.
Position: Your pet's face and neck should be clearly visible and sharp, with no shadows.
Perspective: Photograph your animal from the front and at eye level if possible.
Filters: Please do not use heavily edited or filtered photos – this will distort the result.
The photo should be at least 2 MB in size to be suitable for printing. The better the image quality, the better your poster will be!
