1. Delivery area

We currently only deliver our products to the following countries:

Germany, Austria

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and product size. The exact costs will be displayed in your shopping cart before completing your order.

3. Shipping times

Our products are generally shipped from our production site in Szczecin, Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and product size.

Delivery times:

Germany (DE): 3–6 working days
Austria (AT): 4–7 working days

(Please note that these are guidelines only. Delivery times generally begin upon conclusion of contract or receipt of payment.)

4. Payment options

It is also possible to use the installment payment option via Klarna to conveniently pay for your purchase in several monthly installments.

Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro) :
Your account will be debited immediately after the contract is concluded .
